  • What streaming devices are compatible ? Amazon FireStick/Cube, Google Chromecast, Formuler/Dreamlink, Nvidia Shield, Apple TV, Buzz TV, Android, PC & Mac. (Please note that Roku is not compatible with our services)

  • Do I need a VPN to stream IPTV ? You can use our services without a VPN, but we strongly suggest that you use one in order to get the best experience. A VPN will prevent your Internet service provider from slowing down your connection and spying on your online activities. You should install one on every box, phone, tablet or computer you use to go online, regardless if that device is used to stream iptv or not.

  • Do you offer any international channels ? We have a great selection of channels from Canada (English and French), USA, Brazil, Caribbeans, China, France, Greece, Italy, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom and many Arabic countries.

  • What payment methods are accepted ? We accept credit cards, bank transfer (Interac) and Bitcoins (BTC).

  • Can I use my subscription on more than one device at a time ? You may connect to Edge TV Canada with as many devices as you like, but only one at a time. If you wish to watch our streaming on two or more devices at the same time, you will need to buy additional connections. The more connections you buy, the cheaper they get.

  • Do I need a super fast Internet connection in order to stream Iptv ? We recommand you have a high-speed broadband connection of at least 20 Mbps to ensure a smooth experience. This assumes your streaming box is the only device accessing the Internet. Sharing your Internet connection with other users (PC, phone, tablet, etc.) will require more bandwith.

  • Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription ? When you purchase an IPTV service from us, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the continuous availability of the service and we will not issue refunds. Additionally, if you choose to purchase a long-term package, you are fully accepting the risk that the service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time.
